If you need help filing an insurance claim please visit any our locations and we will be more than happy to assist you with filing your claim. If you file your claim in the store or over the phone with your credit or debit card there will be no additional charges. However, if you pay with cash in store there will be a $5.00 charge.
Additionally, if your device is lost or stolen you can click here to track your device using the Metro Total Protection website. If you purchased your phone after July 13, 2014 you can click here to track your device using the Lookout Security Mobile website. Please note that both of these websites require you to create and set-up an account using the mobile app before being able to track your device, if you have not done so you will not be able to locate your device.
